Scott C. Withrow‘s primary areas of practice are corporate and healthcare law, which he has had over 25 years of experience in. In the corporate area, Mr. Withrow’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, public securities and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, franchises, taxation, corporate finance, partnerships, limited liability companies, and joint ventures.



Terrence McQuade’s primary area of practice is commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation. Mr. McQuade’s practice includes both trial and appellate work. He is admitted to practice before all Georgia trial courts, all Georgia appellate courts, the United States District Courts (and Bankruptcy Courts) for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.



Steven J. Olsen’s primary area of practice is commercial real estate. Mr. Olsen has experience in large, sophisticated real estate matters with an emphasis in the area of commercial leasing. He has lectured on issues involved in commercial leasing and has conducted seminars with real estate brokers whose primary business is in the area of commercial leasing.



Jeffrey T. Holm is a commercial litigator whose practice includes both trial and appellate work. He focuses his practice on contract disputes and business torts, real estate litigation, complex commercial litigation, and healthcare-related investigations and litigation.




Kathleen A. Lauinger joined Withrow, McQuade & Olsen, LLP in August 2001, and practices commercial real estate and corporate and securities law. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association and the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers.
