Withrow, McQuade & Olsen, LLP (“WMO”), an Atlanta based law firm, provides sharp, business-oriented counsel in the primary areas of commercial real estate, corporate and securities law, healthcare and commercial litigation. Founded in 1992 by partners having undergraduate or graduate business degrees, WMO has grown steadily by meeting client needs for timely and efficient legal services practically applied to business situations. Commercial Real Estate
WMO assists clients ranging from individual investors to national real estate investment trusts, life insurance companies, commercial banking institutions and pension funds with all types of commercial real estate transactions. WMO offers our clients extensive experience in the leasing of commercial, industrial, and retail space, as well as the acquisition, disposition, and development of raw land, income-producing commercial property, and multi-family dwelling property.

The expertise WMO offers its clients in this area includes selection and formation of legal entities, securities compliance, mergers and acquisitions, trademarks, and sophisticated financial transactions.

Founding partner Scott C. Withrow authored Managing Healthcare Compliance in 1999, and Managing HIPAA Compliance in 2001, both published by the American College of Healthcare Executives. WMO has published on its web site an innovative analysis of the interplay between federal anti-kickback and physician self-referral laws that attracts inquiries from around the country. Scott Withrow delivers compliance seminars and training to healthcare provider groups throughout the country.

WMO has represented clients in nearly all aspects of commercial litigation. The clients WMO has represented in these litigation matters are both existing corporate and real estate clients, as well as new referrals, many of whom have subsequently become clients of WMO in the corporate and real estate areas. WMO offers these clients extensive experience in all stages of litigation, as well as various forms of alternative dispute resolution, in, among other legal areas, business torts, employment issues, shareholder disputes, contract disputes, real estate litigation, including landlord/tenant disputes, and insolvency and bankruptcy.

WMO’s offices are located at 3379 Peachtree Road, Suite 970, in the Peachtree Lenox Building (nine-story glass building with Morton's restaurant and Colonial Bank on the ground floor), next door to the Westin (formerly Swissôtel, 20-story white building) in the vibrant Buckhead area of Atlanta, Georgia. WMO’s offices are within walking distance of Lenox Square, the largest shopping center in the Southeast, Phipps Plaza, Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza, the Ritz Carlton Hotel (Buckhead) and the Grand Hyatt Hotel. Our offices are readily accessible via Georgia 400 and the MARTA rail system using the Buckhead Station on the North Springs line.
